We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy on all our watches.

Return information

You have a 30-day return policy from the date you received your order. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or exchange. A fee of SEK 100 will be charged for shipping and handling on returns.

Return policy

For a return to be approved, the product must be in original condition. The watch may only have been tried on carefully and must be returned with its original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories. The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.

What is and is not accepted

Returns are accepted when

  • The product is in original condition and unused
  • Labels, protective film, and seals are intact
  • Original box, certificate, and accessories included
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt
  • The watch has not been adjusted, linked or modified

Returns are not accepted when

  • The watch has been used more than for careful testing
  • Packaging, labels or accessories missing
  • The product is scratched, damaged or affected by use
  • The return will be sent after 30 days
  • The clock has been adjusted, linked, or changed

Here's how the return process works

Follow the steps below to make a return.

  1. Contact customer service

    Send us a message with your order number and information about the product you wish to return.

  2. Get return instructions

    We are sending a QR code and instructions for your return.

  3. Pack the product securely

    Place the watch in its original packaging along with all accessories, tags, and any certificates.

  4. Refund

    Once the return has been received and approved, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Once your return has been approved, we will refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are normally processed within 2–4 business days after we have received and inspected the product.

Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear in your account.

Easy replacement

Do you want to exchange your watch? It's easy to do within 30 days of receiving your order. An exchange fee of SEK 69 will be added.
