What the Warranty Covers
All our watches come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty is designed to give you peace of mind and ensure that your watch maintains the expected quality.

This is included in the warranty
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Malfunction of the clockwork during normal use
- Manufacturing defect on case or bracelet
- Water resistance according to the watch's specified rating
- Defects on the watch face or glass caused by manufacturing
This is not covered by the warranty
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, or aging
- Damage resulting from accident, improper use, or careless handling
- Unauthorized repairs, tampering, or modifications
- Batteries, straps, links, and other consumables
- Loss, theft, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects
How to make a warranty claim

If the product needs to be inspected, the watch must be sent in according to our instructions. The warranty is only valid if the fault is covered by the warranty terms.
