Not satisfied? You have 30 days to return your watch.

Return information

You have a 30-day return policy from the date you received your order. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or exchange. A fee of SEK 100 will be charged for shipping and handling on returns.

Approved and unapproved returns

Returns are accepted if:

  • The product is in original condition and unused
  • All labels, seals and protective plastic film are intact
  • Original packaging, box, certificates, and accessories included
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt
  • The clock has not been adjusted or altered in any way

Returns are not accepted if:

  • The watch has been used beyond trying it on
  • Packaging, labels or accessories missing
  • The product has been damaged or scratched
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days
  • The clock has been adjusted, linked, or changed

How to return

Follow these simple steps to complete your return:

Contact us

Send an email to customer service with your order number.

Get return instructions

We are sending a QR code and instructions for your return.

Pack and ship

Pack the product in its original packaging and drop it off at the agent.

Get a refund

We will issue a refund once the return has been received and approved.

Refund

Once your return has been approved, we will refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are normally processed within 2–4 business days after we have received and inspected the product.

Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear in your account.

Easy replacement

Would you like to exchange your watch? You can easily do so within 30 days of receiving your order. An exchange incurs a handling fee of SEK 69.
