Return Policy – 30-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 30 days from the date you receive the item.
For a return to be approved, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when delivered, with all tags and seals intact, and in its original packaging. If these conditions are not met, a fee may apply or the return may be refused.
How to Request a Return
To register a return, please contact us at support@kronura.com. Once your return has been approved, we will send you a information with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we do not accept returns that are sent without prior contact and approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Always inspect your item upon delivery. If you have received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us immediately and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item first in accordance with the instructions above and then place a new order.
Right of Withdrawal Under EU Law
When shopping within the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. The same conditions apply as stated above: the item must be in new condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please remember to keep your receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether it has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase within 2–4 business days. Please note that it may take additional days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
