Delivery

For some products, the delivery time is 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 3:30 PM on weekdays are usually shipped the same day and delivered as early as the next business day, depending on your location in the country. For other products, the estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days.

Returns

We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. If you change your mind about your purchase or if the watch does not meet your expectations, you can easily return it for an exchange or refund. For returns, you will conveniently receive a QR code to use for the return. Read more about the terms and conditions here.

All watches from Kronura come with a minimum 2-year warranty.

What happens if the watch stops working?

When you shop at Kronura, you can feel secure – we handle the entire warranty process from start to finish. Should anything unexpected happen with your watch during the warranty period, you only need to contact us, and we will take care of the rest.

1. Contact us via email at (Support@kronura.se). Describe the fault as clearly as possible and attach images if possible.

2. Await a reply from our customer service team, who will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.

3. We manage the process – Kronura arranges for the watch to be sent to the brand's authorized service center.

4. Resolution and feedback – you will be notified by us when the matter is resolved and the watch has been repaired, replaced, or remedied according to the warranty terms.
