The 50mm shock-resistant resin case and mineral glass frame a clear digital display with time, date and day. 20 ATM water resistance and G-SHOCK construction provide confidence in the water and everyday life, while the quartz module with CR2016 battery provides up to five years of operation. 1. Contact us via email at (Support@kronura.se). Describe the fault as clearly as possible and attach images if possible.
2. Await a reply from our customer service team, who will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
3. We manage the process – Kronura arranges for the watch to be sent to the brand's authorized service center.
4. Resolution and feedback – you will be notified by us when the matter is resolved and the watch has been repaired, replaced, or remedied according to the warranty terms.
