1. Kontakta oss via e-post på (Support@kronura.se). Beskriv felet så tydligt som möjligt och bifoga bilder om det är möjligt.

2. Vänta på svar från vårt kundserviceteam som återkommer inom 1–2 arbetsdagar med vidare instruktioner.

3. Vi hanterar processen – Kronura står för att klockan skickas vidare till varumärkets auktoriserade servicecenter.

4. Åtgärd och återkoppling – du får besked från oss när ärendet är klart och klockan är reparerad, utbytt eller åtgärdad enligt garantivillkoren.
