Materials & fit

Citizen uses BENEBiOL, a biomass-based polyurethane chosen to provide the strap with better durability.

4. Resolution and feedback – you will be notified by us when the matter is resolved and the watch has been repaired, replaced, or remedied according to the warranty terms.
