The Citizen Promaster Wave Tracker JV3000-13E is a marine ana-digi instrument developed for competitive sailing and other water-based activities. The black dial combines central analog hands with a high-resolution MIP display. An orange bezel and strap give the model a distinct instrument profile, while the scales around the dial show sailing terms including wind direction, tacking angle, port, and starboard.
Materials & fit
The round case is crafted from stainless steel and measures 42.4 mm in diameter and 13.9 mm in height. The weight is 102 g. An anti-reflective sapphire crystal protects the hands and display. The orange strap is made of BENEBiOL™, a biomass-based polyurethane, and closes with a traditional pin buckle.
Highlights
- The Eco-Drive caliber U812 is powered by light, features a stated precision of ±15 seconds per month, and has a 360-day power reserve.
- Race Mode counts down to the start and then automatically switches to timing. The stopwatch measures 1/100th of a second for up to 24 hours.
- The Tide Graph displays hourly tide levels, high and low tides, and directional changes. Moon phase and sunrise or sunset times can be displayed for 203 locations.
- The water resistance is 20 bar, a level which, according to the product format's standard definition, includes swimming and diving at shallow depths.
Good to know
- The rotating bezel functions as a slide rule for determining angle, direction, and sailing course relative to the wind.
- World time covers 43 time zones. The watch also features two alarms, a perpetual calendar, a timer, and indicators for charge and light levels.
- Hands and indices have luminescence, and the MIP display has LED backlighting for readability in dark environments.

3. We manage the process – Kronura arranges for the watch to be sent to the brand's authorized service center.
4. Resolution and feedback – you will be notified by us when the matter is resolved and the watch has been repaired, replaced, or remedied according to the warranty terms.
