Delivery

What happens if the jewelry stops working?
When you shop at Kronura, you can feel secure – we handle the entire warranty process from start to finish. Should anything unexpected happen to your jewelry during the warranty period, you only need to contact us, and we'll take care of the rest.
- Contact us via email at (Support@kronura.se). Describe the fault as clearly as possible and attach images if available.
- Wait for a reply from our customer service team, who will get back to you within 1-2 business days with further instructions.
- We manage the process – Kronura arranges for the jewelry to be sent to the brand's authorized service center.
- Resolution and feedback – you will be notified by us when the matter is resolved and the jewelry is repaired, replaced, or remedied according to the warranty terms.
