2. Wait for a response from our customer service team, who will get back to you within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
3. We manage the process – Kronura arranges for the watch to be sent to the brand's authorized service center.
4. Resolution and feedback – you will be notified by us when the matter is resolved and the watch has been repaired, replaced, or rectified according to the warranty terms.
