General terms and conditions

1. General

These general terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer place an order via Kronura.com. The agreement is entered into between you and Kronura AB (org. no. 559559-8094), Eskilstuna, Sweden. By completing an order on our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Kronura follows Swedish legislation, including the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence apply in addition where required by law. To make a purchase, you must be of legal age (18 years) or have parental consent.

2. Ordering

When you place an order on Kronura.com, you confirm the purchase by completing the payment at the checkout. An order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you provided. The agreement between you as a customer and Kronura is binding only once you have received this order confirmation.

When your order has been packed and shipped from our warehouse in Sweden, another email with delivery information and a tracking number will be sent. This allows you to follow your delivery all the way to you. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of obvious errors, such as incorrect pricing, technical problems, or if a product is out of stock and can no longer be delivered. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund any prepaid amount within 5 days.

3. Prices and payment

Prices on Kronura.com are shown in the currency selected for your country and include VAT. For Norway, Kronura is registered in the Norwegian VOEC scheme (VOEC no. 3056155): Norwegian VAT (25%) is included in the price of items valued below NOK 3,000. Items valued at NOK 3,000 or more are sold without Norwegian VAT; see Deliveries to Norway below. Any shipping costs are always displayed at checkout before you complete the purchase. We reserve the right to correct errors in price information and to adjust prices if necessary.

Payment is made via Klarna, card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Through Klarna, you can choose to pay immediately, pay later, or pay in installments, in accordance with Klarna's terms. With card payments, the amount is charged at the time of purchase.

    4. Delivery and shipping

We deliver to Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium. All orders are shipped from Sweden with established carriers; the shipping options and fees for your country are shown at checkout. Shipping within Sweden is free. Within Sweden, delivery normally takes place to the nearest pick-up point, with home delivery offered depending on the shipping option. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate delivery confirmation via email with tracking information.

The delivery time stated on each product page applies to deliveries within Sweden. Deliveries to other countries take somewhat longer. Our stated delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on product availability, the carrier's handling, and external circumstances beyond our control, such as delays with the carrier or unforeseen delivery problems. We always strive to deliver within the stated timeframe but reserve the right to deviations. In the event of any delays, we will keep you updated and inform you of the new estimated delivery time.

Deliveries to Norway. Kronura is registered in the Norwegian VOEC scheme (VOEC no. 3056155). For items valued below NOK 3,000 (excluding VAT and shipping), Norwegian VAT is included in the price and nothing further is charged on delivery. Items valued at NOK 3,000 or more fall outside the scheme: they are sold without Norwegian VAT and cleared through Norwegian customs in the normal way, and Norwegian import VAT and any customs handling fees are paid by you as the customer on delivery. If an order contains items both below and above NOK 3,000, they are shipped in separate parcels.

    4.1 Unclaimed packages

If you as a customer do not pick up your package within the time specified by the carrier, the shipment will be automatically returned to us. Once we have received the returned package, we will contact you to make a new delivery attempt. For this handling, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of 100 SEK for orders within Sweden and 10 EUR for orders to other countries, to cover return shipping, handling, and re-sending of the package.

    4.2 Home delivery within Sweden

For home delivery within Sweden, we use PostNord as standard. Delivery takes place to your provided address and primarily to your own mailbox. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the mailbox is in good condition, correctly labeled, and easily accessible for delivery. If the shipment does not fit in your mailbox, it will be automatically forwarded to the nearest pick-up point the following day. You will then receive a notification via SMS, email, or letter from PostNord with information about where and when you can pick up your package. Any problems that arise due to the condition of the mailbox or incorrect labeling are beyond our responsibility and should be reported directly to PostNord. Our responsibility ceases once the shipment has been delivered in accordance with the carrier's delivery terms. For deliveries to other countries, the carrier's delivery terms for that country apply.

    5. Right of withdrawal, return policy, and returns

Your statutory right of withdrawal – 14 days. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, calculated from the day after you received the item, without stating any reason, in accordance with the Swedish Act (2005:59) on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Within the right of withdrawal, you may examine and try on the watch in the same way as you could have done in a physical store, and you may withdraw the purchase even if the packaging has been opened. You are only responsible for any decrease in value if the watch has been handled more than was necessary to assess its properties and function.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the easiest way is to use the Withdraw from the agreement here function via your customer account or the order status page. You can also contact us at support@kronura.se, use our contact form, or the EU standard withdrawal form. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from the refund: 100 SEK for returns from Sweden and 10 EUR for returns from other countries. In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the amount no later than 14 days after we have received your notification. However, we may withhold the refund until the watch has been returned to us or you have provided proof that it has been sent.

30-day return policy – our voluntary offer. In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day return policy, calculated from the day you received your order. The return policy is an addition to the law and does not limit your right of withdrawal above. For a return within our return policy to be approved, the watch must be unused and in the same condition as upon delivery, with all labels, seals, and protective plastic intact, complete with original packaging, certificates, and accessories, and not adjusted, resized, or otherwise altered. In the event of a return under our return policy, a fee for return shipping and handling is deducted from the refund: 100 SEK for returns from Sweden and 10 EUR for returns from other countries.

Exchanges. You can exchange your watch for another model within 30 days of receipt, subject to the same conditions as above. Contact customer service with your order number and the model you would like instead; we handle the exchange and send you instructions. The exchange fee is 69 SEK from Sweden and 7 EUR from other countries; the return fee does not apply to exchanges. Any price difference is charged or refunded.

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase, normally within 2–4 business days after we have received and checked the return. Full terms can be found in our return and refund policy.

    6. Complaints & warranty

All products sold via Kronura are covered by the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, which means that you as a customer have the right to complain about a product within three years from the delivery date if it has an original defect. Mandatory rules in your country of residence apply in addition where required by law. In addition to this, Kronura always provides a 2-year warranty on all watches. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the movement, hands, and dial. You as a customer are obliged to notify us within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. We recommend that complaints be made immediately when the defect occurs or no later than two months after you noticed it. Contact our customer service at support@kronura.se with your order number, a description of the defect, and preferably photos of the product. Upon an approved complaint, Kronura will cover the return shipping and rectify the defect through repair, replacement with a new product, or a refund.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, normal wear and tear, negligence, improper use, battery replacements, water or moisture damage to watches not rated as water-resistant, or other external factors. It also does not apply to scratches on the glass, case, or bracelet. If the complaint is not approved, and the defect is not covered by the warranty or the Consumer Sales Act, the customer may be charged for inspection costs and return shipping.

    6.1 Warranty claims

Kronura's warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself. The warranty means that the product, upon approved examination, will be repaired free of charge or replaced with a new equivalent product.

    The warranty covers:

    • Manufacturing defects in the movement, hands, and dial
    • Defects caused by faulty materials or production flaws
    • Rectification of defects that prevent the watch's normal function within the warranty period

    The warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused by accidents, blows, or impacts
    • Normal wear and tear on the case, bracelet, buckle, or coating
    • Scratches or cracks on the glass and case
    • Water or moisture damage to watches that are not rated as water-resistant
    • Battery replacements, battery life, or defects caused by dead batteries
    • Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or lack of care
    • Repairs performed by someone other than an authorized service partner

In the event of a warranty claim, you as a customer must always contact our customer service before sending the item in. You need to provide the order number, a description of the defect, and preferably attach photos. We cover the return shipping for approved warranty claims. If the defect is not covered by the warranty or the Consumer Sales Act, we may charge a fee for inspection and return shipping.

You always have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can also object to processing for direct marketing. We do not store personal data for longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or for as long as the law requires. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy.
