Delivery

For some products, the delivery time is 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 3:30 PM on weekdays are usually shipped the same day and delivered the next business day, depending on your location in the country. For other products, the estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days.

Returns

We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. That's why we offer a 30-day right of return from the day you receive your order. If you change your mind about your purchase or if the watch doesn't meet your expectations, you can easily return it for an exchange or refund. For returns, you will conveniently receive a QR code to use for the return process. Read more about the terms and conditions here.

All watches at Kronura come with a minimum 2-year warranty.

What if the watch stops working?

When you shop at Kronura, you can feel secure – we handle the entire warranty process from start to finish. Should anything unexpected happen to your watch during the warranty period, you only need to contact us, and we will take care of the rest.

1. Contact us via email at (Support@kronura.se). Describe the fault as clearly as possible and attach images if possible.

2. Wait for a response from our customer service team, who will get back to you within 1–2 business days with further instructions.

3. We manage the process – Kronura arranges for the watch to be sent to the brand's authorized service center.

4. Resolution and feedback – you will be notified by us when the matter is resolved and the watch has been repaired, replaced, or rectified according to the warranty terms.
